Flexible / Can-Cancel Bookings: If you purchased a flexible or cancellable booking option, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 or 48 hours (depending on your selected package) before your scheduled drop-off time for a full refund (minus any non-refundable booking fees, if applicable).
Non-Flexible Bookings: Bookings labeled as “Non-Refundable,” “Super Saver,” or “Promo” cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once confirmed.
To request a cancellation and refund, you must notify us in writing before the applicable cancellation deadline:

Once approved, refunds will be credited back automatically to the original payment method used during the booking.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the parking facility or do not utilize the booked service without prior written cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Early Returns: No refunds or partial price adjustments will be provided if you collect your vehicle earlier than your original booked return date and time.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate schedule adjustments, refunds for cancellations made within the standard deadline due to airline disruptions are not guaranteed unless flexible booking protection was selected.
